Job Description

As a Therapy Manager - Brain Injury at Brainkind Neurological Centre York, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and supporting them in their roles. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to service users with acquired brain injury.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialist occupational therapy input to service users with acquired brain injury
  • Managing a complex caseload and developing programmes of care
  • Ensuring adequate handover of information to colleagues
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurological rehabilitation and experience working as an autonomous therapist. You will possess excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to formulate complex risk assessments.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £49,000 - £54,500 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 38 days annual leave (pro-rata), access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and excellent training and support opportunities.
