We are looking for a Therapy Caseload Manager to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead, managing the clinical team and holding a therapy caseload.

You will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our adults who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The role will require you to contribute to staff training and consultation, supporting the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision, i.e., standardised assessments and clinical services. A key aspect of the role will be to deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our adults' needs in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including Life Assurance, Pension scheme, and Flexible Benefits Platform, and opportunities for career development and progression.
