Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to lead on OT provision in our brain injury rehabilitation centre.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing specialist OT support in neurological rehabilitation. They will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes for individuals with acquired brain injury.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing specialist OT support, managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviors.
  2. Designing and implementing effective care programs, overseeing their implementation by support staff.
  3. Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements for the role include:

  1. A diploma or degree in occupational therapy, and registration with the HCPC.
  2. Experience working in neurological rehabilitation, able to work autonomously and prioritize a complex caseload.

Estimated Salary: £51,500 - £56,000 per annum, 35 hours per week.
