About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

The Norman Power Centre provides a unique opportunity to work in a specialist unit, delivering out-of-hospital rehabilitation care to patients. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of clinical services and lead the therapy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist to take on a leadership role and shape the future of our clinical services. You will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference to patient care.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of current legislation and its application to occupational therapy
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership training and experience
What We Offer
