Therapy Care Coordinator

Birmingham Hospice seeks an experienced Therapy Support Worker to join our Therapies Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams in planning and delivering holistic interventions and self-management programs for patients with palliative diagnoses. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal quality of evidence-based care, maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to the safe and smooth running of our therapy service. Your ability to instruct patients in relation to equipment use and therapy interventions, along with your flexibility and commitment to our values, make you an ideal candidate for this role. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
