Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adults Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Care First – Pheasey. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with adults, helping them achieve their full potential through speech and language therapy.

About the Role
This full-time position involves working 4 days a week, but with full pay. You will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to adults, supporting them in their recovery and enabling them to regain independence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy sessions to adults
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an SLP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
