Business Development Agent

We are currently seeking a talented Outbound Contact Centre Agent to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Bedminster.
As an Outbound Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to schedule appointments with design consultants.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Key Features:
- £11.44 hourly rate plus commission (approximately £300 extra per month)

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Working Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
