About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our new and existing mortgage customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their mortgage journey with YBS is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new and existing customers through various channels, including telephony and digital platforms.
  • Handle a range of customer scenarios, from assisting first-time homebuyers to helping existing customers secure new rates.
  • Complete full eligibility and affordability checks, working collaboratively with Mortgage Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Previous experience in a telephony-based environment or the ability to demonstrate telephony skills.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills.
  • Previous experience in building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems.
