About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our telephony team, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing mortgage customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new and existing customers through various channels, including telephony and digital platforms.
  • Handle a range of customer scenarios, from providing assistance with purchasing their first home to helping existing customers secure a new rate.
  • Complete full eligibility and affordability checks, working collaboratively with our Mortgage Advisors to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Previous experience in a telephony-based environment or ability to demonstrate telephony skills.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills.
  • Previous experience of building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems.
