The Resource Management and Workforce Planning team at Dentsu is a strategic hub within our Operations Centre of Excellence, pivotal to optimising our human capital deployment.

As a Resource Management Executive, your primary focus will be supporting the management of supply and demand within a specified segment of the Media UK service line.

Collaborating closely with managers, you will assist in staffing teams efficiently, ensuring seamless client delivery.

This role entails updating schedules, cultivating relationships with stakeholders to assess skills and availability, and identifying internal talent development opportunities.

Contribute to capacity evaluations and proactively adjust resource allocation to meet utilisation targets, optimising available resources.

Support resource requests by validating requirements, sourcing candidates, and presenting suitable options for consideration.

Assist in planning assignments and extensions based on capacity and demand, engaging with resources to align opportunities with their skills and aspirations.

Maintain accurate administrative records and system updates related to supply and demand, forecasting upcoming demand and resource needs.

Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement improvements in resource management, talent pipelining, and onboarding.

Analyse MI reports to provide insights into trends and forecast data, contributing to the headcount planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of supply and demand within a specified segment of the Media UK service line.
  • Collaborate with managers to assist in staffing teams efficiently, ensuring seamless client delivery.
  • Update schedules, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and identify internal talent development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Resource Management-related role or similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in creating and analysing Management information across people, client, and financial datasets.
  • Familiarity with resourcing management tools and platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, engaging numerous stakeholders and multitasking amid competing demands.
