Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our team at Inner Circle Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our resource allocation processes, ensuring that we maximize the use of our resources and address any emerging challenges or changes in project scope.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee resource allocation to support the delivery of our Business Plan.
  • Lead on the coordination of our associate pool and relationship with third-party organizations providing surge capacity resource support.
  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure that we align the right people with the right projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and team leads to determine resource requirements, coordinate resource allocation, and monitor resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement resource management processes, including the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualification and/or experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Credible experience in resource management, within a consulting or project-based environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing resources for large-scale public sector or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy role would be beneficial.
  • Experienced in using appropriate software, resourcing tools, and systems.
