Base Location : Leeds or Bristol plus network of 20 offices

This exciting role is within our Reward Practice team, based in our Leeds or Bristol office (although other locations will be considered)

The successful applicant will enjoy being involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations, and writing material on technical and other matters. Key Responsibilities
Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows, which can include:
- Working closely with senior leaders to support and lead on designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans considering the tax (UK and overseas), commercial and accounting impacts and/or reviewing existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- Advising on the tax impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new compensation and benefits plans and also advising on the tax structuring of transactions
- Designing plans for the wider workforce including all employee share purchase plans
- Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices
- Assisting with the drafting of Director's Remuneration Reports
- Pay and benefits benchmarking
- Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products and services
Requirements
We are looking for a committed and driven candidate who takes personal responsibility and accountability for projects. Team players who enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines are also essential. Additionally, we require people who are keen to develop personally and professionally and to assist with the development of junior team members. Intellectually curious, open-minded, and analytical people, with an eye for detail and pride in their work are also required. Proactive professionals who deliver great service to their clients are essential. Individuals who are keen to develop their business development acumen from their current core level of experience are also required. Relationship builders who can spot and develop new opportunities both within the KPMG network and externally are also essential. Flexible people who can deal with a fluid, changing, work environment are also required. Self-starters who can work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment are also essential. Strong communicators in a range of situations both written and oral are also required.
Qualifications and Experience
Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills as well as strong business development acumen is essential. ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification is also required.
