Job Title: Reward Business Partner - Health & Care Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Business Partner to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our reward team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of reward strategy and activities that drive business objectives in Health and Care Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Reward Business Partner to provide specialist input, advice, and delivery of reward activities to variable Health and Care Services populations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of reward initiatives to support business objectives, including pay, non-financial reward, incentives, and benefits.
- Influence the strategic development of the reward approach and represent the reward team in business-wide projects and programmes.
- Ensure operational pay practices reflect best practices, latest thinking, and are of the highest quality.
- Deliver robust end-to-end reward processes and measure their effectiveness, proposing changes where required.
- Own all reward-related cycles and processes, including annual reward review, bonus schemes, allowances, pay policy, and governance.
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class reward programmes in a consultative style.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reward partnering role with demonstrable experience of working alongside the business and developing creative and sustainable reward solutions.
- Broad experience and understanding across all aspects of total reward.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working in an environment requiring attention to detail.
- Experience of job evaluation methodologies.
- Experience working with and influencing business stakeholders, holding roles demanding good problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, influencing, judgement, persuasiveness, and negotiating skills.
- Experience working with people at various levels of the organisation.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Korn Ferry Hay Group or Willis Towers Watson methodology.
- General/Operational HR and Employee Relations experience.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
