Business Development Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales performance and lead our Coventry branch to success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. With a focus on leadership, communication, and development, you will inspire and empower your team to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales performance of the branch, focusing on customer relationships and new business generation
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000
- A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
