We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales performance and lead our Coventry branch to success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. With a focus on leadership, communication, and development, you will inspire and empower your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales performance of the branch, focusing on customer relationships and new business generation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
