Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to manage high-value customers in our Care business. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial opportunity to closure and renewal. By asking great questions, you will help existing customers access our latest software and relevant products, leveraging around 50,000 Care professionals who have already benefited from our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex customer relationships across a portfolio of accounts
  • Guide the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close
  • Generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year
  • Develop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales targets

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You possess strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Have experience within Sales in the healthcare/public sector
  • Hold a proven track-record of success in B2B new business sales within a complex client portfolio
  • Demonstrate effective communication and time management skills

Average Salary for this role: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
