As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the UK market. This role requires a talented individual who excels in building relationships, has a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and customer success, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. With a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, you will meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely from the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with key decision-makers within target organisations to understand their security needs and challenges
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to effectively navigate complex sales cycles and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably selling software solutions or security-related products/services
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Apart from your technical skills, we are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of the security industry and its operations workflows.
