Capital Outsourcing Group's client is a principal contractor that provides engineering resources to the Telecoms Industry.

We are seeking a Works Control Administrator to optimise the working day of Field Engineers and achieve daily delivery of customer service in line with agreed SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft packages and excellent customer service skills.

The role involves:

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Accurately checking and validating all works completed by subcontractors or internal workforce
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible working hours, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
