Job Title: Weighbridge Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Weighbridge Administrator to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weighbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to
  • Direct drivers to the correct areas based on load restrictions
  • Complete documentation for the weighbridge and associated processes
  • Support team members with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • GCSE level or equivalent standard in English and Maths
  • Proven administration skills
  • IT literacy with the ability to use a range of packages applicable to the role
  • An excellent work ethic
  • Ability to use own initiative and work alone as well as part of a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven track record of working in a comparable role
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in business administration
  • A good understanding of environmental legislation
