Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
This role involves assessing and resolving property insurance disputes, ensuring high levels of service and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- To assess and investigate customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- To provide clear and concise communication to complainants within set timescales.
- To ensure consistent customer outcomes by applying knowledge of past cases and decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need good working knowledge of complaint procedures in financial services and familiarity with FCA rules and guidelines for general insurance.
Key Requirements:- Knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines in relation to general insurance.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of complaint procedures within financial services.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on location and job requirements. The package includes a comprehensive benefits scheme.
