We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager - Insurance Sector to join our team at Fairways Hotel in Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer relations/complaints environment, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and some knowledge and understanding of complaint procedures. Some experience within financial services, particularly knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines in relation to general insurance, would be beneficial.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet those needs. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
