About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in supporting an individual with cerebral palsy. The successful candidate will provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and facilitate social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and help with mealtime
  • Accompany the individual on outings, such as shopping and cinema trips
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
