Role Overview

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide vital support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks, personal care, and other essential activities that enable them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household chores, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Running errands, including grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions

**Requirements:**

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
