Child Support Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Vibe Recruit. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with children and young people aged 0-18 who may be facing emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to individuals, helping them to build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve their full potential. You will also work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals to design and implement personalized care plans that meet each child's unique needs.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000-$65,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver effective care and support services.
- Designing and implementing individualized care plans that address each child's specific needs and goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of child development and the complexities of supporting vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and professionals.
