About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Child and Family Safeguarding Service. This role involves working closely with children and families, assessing their needs, and developing effective plans to support them. As a Child and Family Safeguarding Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible outcomes for all involved.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and address the needs of children and families through effective planning and intervention
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualified experience in frontline child protection work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


We Offer: A competitive salary up to £38.15 per hour (umbrella payment), hybrid working pattern, parking on site, and opportunities for professional growth. Estimated annual salary: £78,000 - £82,000 based on a 20-hour working week.
