Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to contribute to our Family Safeguarding Service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in assessment work.

About the Team

The team makes informed decisions and performs statutory functions to ensure optimal outcomes for children and their families are achieved. They accomplish this by collaborating with various services, including Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP). Experience working with Looked After Children (LAC) is desirable but not essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge and experience working within a Frontline Team, such as Child Protection and Referral and Assessment. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and 3 years post-qualifying experience are also essential. Additionally, you will need a Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle.
