We are seeking a qualified Adults Social Worker to join our team in Swansea City & County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults aged 18+ who are at their most vulnerable, providing them with the support and care they need.

About the Role

This role will involve working in hospitals, community settings, and patients' own homes to provide assessments and support. You will have a structured approach to training as part of your role, a commitment to learning, career pathway, and mentoring and support for newly qualified social workers.

The salary for this position is £39,513 - £43,693 per year (Grade 9) or £35,235 - £38,626 per year (Grade 8 for newly qualified).
