We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to contribute to our Family Safeguarding Service.

This role necessitates a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Frontline assessment work.

About the Team

The team makes informed decisions and performs statutory functions to ensure optimal outcomes for children and their families are achieved. They accomplish this by collaborating with children from various services, such as Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP). Experience working with Looked After Children (LAC) is desirable but not essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge and experience working within a fast-paced Frontline Team, such as Child Protection and Referral and Assessment. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and 3 years post-qualifying experience are also essential. Additionally, you will need a Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle.
