About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced behaviour mentor to work in one of our partner pupil referral units in Swansea. This specialist teaching assistant role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with different learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and be able to build rapport with children aged 7-16. They will work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies that support pupils and promote re-integration to mainstream school.

The role requires a high level of organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and has a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A* - C) and have a valid Enhanced DBS check. They should also have experience working with challenging behaviours and be able to implement strategies that promote re-integration to mainstream school. The hourly salary for this position is £12.90.

As a member of our team, you will receive FREE child protection and prevent duty training and a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
