Long-Term Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced behaviour mentor to join our team in Swansea.

About the Role

This is a long-term opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop close relationships with children in KS2 to KS4 and adapt your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple agencies to create effective strategies for supporting pupils.
  • Prioritise the safeguarding and well-being of children at all times.
Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  1. GCSEs (5 Minimum) – A* - C, Enhanced DBS, and EWC.
  2. Some experience working with behaviour is preferred but not essential.
