Job Title: ALN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £83.40 per hour (dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
About the JobWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to work in specialist provisions around Swansea.
This role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities both in and out of the classroom academically and emotionally.
Key Requirements:- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Patient and caring nature
- Able to motivate and engage students
- Able to de-escalate challenging behaviours
