About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an ALN Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education establishments to identify their staffing needs.
  2. To source and recruit high-quality candidates who meet the needs of our clients.
  3. To attend client meetings and present solutions to their staffing requirements.
  4. To manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.
  5. To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
