About the Role:

TeacherActive is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their recruitment needs and identifying the best candidates for their vacancies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and to make a real difference in the lives of educators and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  2. Identifying and recruiting high-quality candidates
  3. Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates
  4. Managing and maintaining accurate records of candidates and clients
  5. Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  7. Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives
  8. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
  9. Continuously improving processes and procedures

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Knowledge of the education sector and recruitment industry
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  8. Willingness to learn and develop skills
