Job Title: ALN Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and supportive individual to join our team as an ALN Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for working with schools to identify their needs and requirements, attending client meetings, and searching for candidates to fill their vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
- Working with clients to identify their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
- Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs, and expos
- Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals, and utilizing the CRM
- Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators, and interviewing face-to-face to build a pipeline of candidates
- Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis
- Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly

Requirements:

- Right-to-work in the UK is a requirement
- Term time: 7:30 – 4:30/5:30
- School holidays: Reduced hours, 8:30-3:30pm approx
