About the Role

Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, proactive, and professional internal recruitment service. You will support the organisation in their onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Perform pre-employment checks and produce recruitment documents
  • Support the organisation in their onboarding process
  • Manage and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have developed administration experience, prior knowledge and understanding of pre-employment checks in a regulated environment, and experience of recruitment and producing recruitment documentation. You will also need to possess strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office package, and be a proactive individual capable of managing your own workload.
