We are seeking an experienced and driven ALN Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with schools and educators, sourcing top talent to fill their vacancies.

As an ALN Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
  • Working closely with clients to identify their needs and requirements, providing expert advice on recruitment solutions
  • Attending client meetings, school visits, and industry events to build relationships and promote our services
  • Utilizing various tools to search for candidates, including advertising, CV searching, referrals, and our CRM system
  • Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators, and interviewing face-to-face to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis, ensuring timely placements
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients, building lasting relationships
  • Collaborating with our Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates meet our high standards
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends

In return for your expertise, we offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience or a background in target-driven roles
  • Experience working with individuals with additional learning needs, either professionally or personally

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A confident, positive, and resilient personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
