About the Role

This office-based role offers the perfect blend of sales, recruitment, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with schools and educators to provide high-quality recruitment services.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Our benefits package includes 23 days annual leave, bank holidays, and reduced working hours in school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Developing business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Working with clients to identify their needs and requirements
  • Searching for candidates through various tools
  • Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators, and interviewing face-to-face
  • Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis
  • Assisting schools with emergency cover

You will need to have a genuine understanding and care for the ALN education sector, as well as be adaptable to the demands of this role.
