Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a Senior Care Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of high-quality care and support services in the UK. As a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, training, supervising, and delegating duties.
The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a residential care setting. You will have proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents.
Our salary is competitive and ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, we offer a range of benefits including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a rewards package.
