About the Job

We are looking for a Night Senior Carer to lead our care team in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Care Assistants, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring individualised care and support for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering person-centred care and support
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with the elderly
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
