Senior Care Support Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care and support to residents
  • Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication and care plans
  • Leading and developing a team of Care Assistants

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • A compassionate and caring approach
