Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Support Specialist to join our team at a Barchester care home in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the running of the overall care team and working closely with others across the shift to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You will have a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly and be able to provide individualised care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide individualised care and support to residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
