Reporting directly to the seasoned Commercial Director, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing vendors, devising growth strategies with customers, and prospecting for net new business opportunities. Your proactive approach will set the stage for success, driven by a strong understanding of customer and vendor relationship management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating strong customer relationships, assisting them in growing from initial engagement to long-term success.
  • Supporting projects by offering timely assistance to ensure objectives are met efficiently and positively.
  • Serving as a bridge between customers and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to achieve shared goals.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A natural communicator able to balance strategic goals with relationship building.
  • Experience in customer and vendor relationship management is highly desirable.
