We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Manager to join our team at phs Group.

About the Role:

  • Grow and protect existing customer accounts with an annual spend between £1,500 and £20,000.
  • Acquire new customers across your defined territory.
  • Develop a strategic plan to protect, grow, and acquire business in your region.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver against new business and retention targets.
  • Represent phs with new customers at the appropriate level.
  • Foster a sales environment that focuses on effectiveness, efficiency, and quality over quantity.
  • Utilize our CRM system to record, manage, and develop opportunities.

About You:

  • You hold a valid UK driving license.
  • You have undergone or are willing to undergo a security check.
  • You possess high energy and pace, thriving in high-pressure sales environments.
  • You are resilient and tenacious in winning new business.
  • You maintain high professional and personal standards.
  • You can be decisive and resilient, challenging constructively when necessary.

What We Offer:

  • A base salary of £34,312.00, with an OTE of £59,312.00.
