Widener University is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Support Specialist to join our team in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data in our CRM system, monitoring reader review bins, and providing general support to the systems administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a clerical or support function role with heavy emphasis on data entry, as well as demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Suite. Experience with data entry, data processing, and review of work is also essential. Additionally, the ability to sit and work on a computer for 2+ hours minimum at a time is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and monitor audit reports to ensure accurate data in CRM.
  • Monitor reader review bins in CRM.
  • Answer phones, pen and distribute/scan mail, provide general support to the systems administrator as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient workflows and consolidate record processes in CRM.
  • Process immigration documentation for international students related to applications and enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in a clerical or support function role with heavy emphasis on data entry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with data entry, data processing and review of work.
  • Experience in an office environment including answering phones and in-person contact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus with a strong preference for fluency in Spanish.
  • Must be able to sit and work on a computer for 2+ hours minimum at a time.
