About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support clients to develop independent living skills
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75
- A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours
- Full training and support to develop your skills and confidence
- A flexible approach to your availability, including protected days off
Requirements:
- A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills
- Experience in care, preferably in mental health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good listening and communication skills
