About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients to develop independent living skills
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

  • A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours

Requirements:

  • A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills
  • Experience in care, preferably in mental health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
