Specialist Care Team is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support to those with complex needs within their homes across the Morecambe and Heysham area.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve greater independence and fostering safe and nurturing environments for them. You'll work closely with individuals facing challenges such as Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters positive interactions.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in care, particularly within the mental health field, is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
