Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create safe and happy environments for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and support strategies.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
- A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours.
- Flexible working arrangements to accommodate your needs.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.

- A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
