Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, and mental health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create safe and happy environments for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
- A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours depending on your availability.
- A protected regular day off in the week to allow you to plan your life.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
- The ability to work in a team and problem-solve effectively.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our Mental Health facilities.
- Experience in care, preferably in Mental Health, although full training is provided.
