About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our community team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
  • A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours.
