About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, and mental health.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
  • A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours.

Requirements
  • A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
