Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disability, or mental health, in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create safe and happy environments for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

  • Good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solve effectively.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our Mental Health facilities.
  • Desirable experience in care, preferably in Mental Health.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
  • A guaranteed number of hours per week, ranging from 8-40 hours depending on your preference for part-time or full-time work.
  • A protected regular day off in the week to allow for personal planning.
